Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Users can opt to not fill in what they're looking for. This breaks the algorithm and makes the UI not look very good.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add validation to the onboarding and edit flows to prevent users from de-selecting all interests and roles.
