Motor adaptors should be easy enough - connect the outer taps of the stepper motors to the outputs on the stepper pins.

Need to adapt the 6 pin RJ12 connector to a 4 pin Molex. Easy.

RJ12 pinout:
1 - B Center
2 - A +
3 - A -
4 - A Center
5 - B+
6 - B -

J308 is for the Z motor - its a 6 pin Molex KK connector, pinout:

1 - A+
2 - B Center
3 - A Center
4 - A-
5 - B+
6 - B-
