Support for .gblorb file format #21

Inform7 creates .gblorb files (which contain the .ulx we currently need to have been extracted). Would be nice to be able to read .gblorb directly.

Of course, it also has to option to output raw .ulx files.

Settings > Story File Format > Bind up into Blorb file on release (uncheck this)
