What happened?

On my laptop, the transcribe process is stuck at 0%. When i press cancel, it stuck at aborting too. I check my gpu performance through task manager, but my gpu is on 0% the entire time (gtx 1650ti). the transcribe process works on version 2.2.0

  1. step one...
  2. step two...
