Issue: "flutter run / build" fails on latest SDK [3.13.1]
Cause: Outdated dependency used in "the_peer" package

Solution: Upgrade of dependency package: "gap" to version (3.0.1) required as stated here: https://pub.dev/packages/gap/changelog
