In the repository there are some unused files that need to removed or reorganized.

For example some url are available with demo files online :
https://doc.tock.ai/tock/2019/welcome/
https://doc.tock.ai/tock/about/
I think we should : remove the files presents in _posts.

But also see how to better use the pages : docs/pages
like :
These are in the repository but not used properly.
