Update a file in a collection forgets the new filename #835

  1. Edit collection to change the uploaded file
  2. Leave and come back to the same page
  3. The filename has reverted to the original filename.

Although if you view the file via the collection details page it is the correct file - just the filename is incorrect in the edit collection view
