Progress Update

• The environment variables in the repo is still not functioning correctly during the workflow run for some weird reason, might have to research deeper into that one.

Next Steps

To-Do Before Next Meeting:

• Resolve the issues for HuggingFace and DockerHub.
• Adding the feature of supporting chemical files such as SMILES and INCHI into our interface using the logic we wrote before.
