Bug Description
When you open the account manager, there are no restrictions from stopping someone who has access to your PC from transferring your funds or seeing private keys.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install account Manager
  2. Open/lunch account manager
  3. Send funds to another account
  4. See: No security steps to deter unauthorized users

Expected behavior
Would be nice to have a customizable Pin / Password on the UI once the account manager lunches. This could be useful for slowing down unauthorized users, especially on a shared computer at home or someone who has gained access forcefully from immediately accessing sensitive data inside the account manager.

Actual behavior
Opening the account manager doesn't ask for a password or some other sort of security that proves that the person using the account manager is the right person.

this is good @zinoadidi, and yes this is vital to have.

I was about to have a discussion regarding this one with Bucky. This is very important. Glad to see other people have the same feelings too.
