vagrant/ansiblize for development and deployment

• initial setup (vagrantfile, yaml for each box to create)
• get elasticsearch squared away in sunlightlabs/ansible-common-roles
• script the migration of the database (manual rather than automatic?)
• do something about vagrant hostnames on local machine (is there something better than editing /etc/hosts?)
• figure out deployment scenario and test
