The following VisiumHD DBs have a slice_file instead of a filtered_counts_file as required by the visium-hd reader, and cannot be parsed into a .zarr:

  • 6dl1f__10X__VisiumHD__Human__colon__20240325__v3.0.0 link_to_DB
  • jqmx8__10X__VisiumHD__Mouse__intestine__20240325__v3.0.0 link_to_DB
  • wxjgz__10X__VisiumHD__Human__lung__20240329__v3.0.0 link_to_DB
  • xxjnz__10X__VisiumHD__Mouse__brain__20240329__v3.0.0 link_to_DB
