I had the holder printed, only the dimensions are different for my blinds and asked if the maker or someone can help me would to take a little bit of the original size.
Mine:

height: 3,3 cm

Its tricky for someone else to do this for you, as the height of the tilt rod off the base is also a big factor. That will determine how much can be chopped off the top or the bottom of the holder in relation to where your tilt rod sits.
What you can do is mount the motor in the current holder, loosen your tilt rod and slide it to the very end of the blind, where you can connect it to the motor, then just mark the current holder along the edges where it overhangs.
Give Tinkercad.com a try. Import the file there, do some meticulous measurements of the already printed holder in relation to your blinds. then just chop as needed.
