what about latest Angular? Have a 1.4 version and 1.5+ version? (for a new project, it would probably make sense to start at 2.x instead)

Should also try and include an example of dynamic image loading per
https://github.com/kenzanmedia/angularjs-webpack-seed/issues/22

Would also be nice to have

proper code splitting (route based + lazy loading)
performance hints
