Could you tag a release so it's easier to version control fastk?

Hi @thegenemyers . I want to flag that because there isn't an official release of FASTK, other people are making their own version 1.0. See https://github.com/abueg/FASTK/releases/tag/v1.0 which is now used in BioConda / Biocontainers.
Right now it's pointing to the same version of the code as the master branch, but they can easily diverge.
