Update report/ENC configuration (now YAML)

There is a bad link in:
theforeman.org / _includes / manuals / 1.6 / 3.5.5_facts_and_the_enc.md

Download the ENC script to to:
https://raw.github.com/theforeman/puppet-foreman/master/templates/external_node_v2.rb.erb
This is a not found :(

I would like the most up to date node.rb, can I get an updated link that works please?
