As stated in the title the classes Falling and Resting are not implementing FallingState which leads to no errors when refactoring player into moveHorizontal.

You are entirely correct, I don't understand how I could miss that one. Unfortunately, I no longer have the tool that helped me place all the tags, so fixing this will require a considerable amount of work. I'll leave this issue open until I have time to fix it. Thank you for reporting it and well spotted! 🙏
