Better compatibility with the "vanish" mod

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The vanish mod stops your join/leave messages from being shown in game, as well as overwrites the player count in the server tab

The suggestion
Ignore join/leave messages for players that are vanished, as well as ignore players in vanish when running the !playerlist and !playercount commands.
