Describe the bug
You are unable to write custom server emojis using their name. They instead require the entire ID to work as expected.
I'll use my server's :pain: emoji as an example in this report.

Reproduction steps

  1. Type the name of a custom server emoji in Minecraft chat.
  2. Check the linked Discord channel for the output.

AND

  1. Send a custom server emoji in the linked Discord channel.
  2. Check the Minecraft chat for the output.

Expected behaviour
When sending the pain emoji in the linked Discord channel, it should appear as ":pain:" in the Minecraft chat.
When typing ":pain:" in the Minecraft chat, it should appear as the emoji in the linked Discord channel.
