To small caps or not

I'd like to get community opinions about title displays.
We're using Penumbra for big headings to match the book styles currently, which is an all-caps font. Brotherwise haven't differentiated the text at all, so every character in the page titles and other major headers is uniform and capitalised. However, this might not be so helpful when using the sheets, and we can employ a variant that will provide small caps (that is to say, every letter is still capitalised, but those which are entered in lowercase are scaled down slightly.
