add loadtesting

The loadtesting material is probably the biggest value-add over other tutorials, especially because we can do a head-to-head comparison.

Right now, that lives in a secret Colab notebook because it has my deploy secrets in it.

I should convert it into scripts and write a locustfile.

Additionally, how about also running the same load tests against AWS Lambda as well (since thats CPU inference) and having that for comparison against these 2 GPU inferences.
