Reproduction steps

go in windows settings -> system -> sound -> app volume and device preferences -> search for youtube music and set it to a separate audio device from the default one at the top of the page. then restart your computer.

Expected Behavior

after restart I expect youtube music to still output into the selected separate audio device.

Actual Behavior

if you look in the settings you can see that youtube music is still set to output in the separate audio device, but if you actually try it, it will output into the default one
