Image sending impossible if cyrillic characters presented in filename

first it getting stuck,then simply fails an "try again" button appears.
Pressing that button makes operation stuck.
Really disturbing, @tgalal .

I suppose issues #286 , #295 can be caused by this issue.
fix this asap please.
