What needs to be done?

Update the statewide models page based on discussions/findings at the peer exchange.

Pages to be updated:

Context

Statewide modeling is an important tool for State DOTs and the content on tfResource should be up-to-date based on current practice, gaps, and research agenda.

@ajhorowitz is going to review the pages on statewide modeling for the existing site and see what information can be updated or corrected. He will report at the February meeting.

There were additional case studies in statewide modeling at the peer exchange. @gregmacfarlane will create a page for @ajhorowitz to fill in with content.
