I checked with a co-worker in communications and they relayed this advice and resource:

• Key is to keep content current and relevant. @gregmacfarlane , one idea is to set an update schedule (twice a year?) for the most important pages. Or maybe an automated process that reminds page authors to review and update?
• Use meta descriptions and keywords and try to alt tag/describe all your images.
