There needs to be some kind of discipline imposed on the format of the website, from the kinds of pages that are considered all the way up to how the pages relate to each other. Constructing an outline or map of the topics that can be reflected in the content should be major priority.

Existing issues that are likely to be part of this are

• Think about / design Events page #23
• Develop template to encourage contribution, look nicer #11

It's possible that this issue actually ends up becoming a label/project rather than an issue of its own, but we can begin the discussion here.
