Only 1 glyph in the whole text has both a Virama and Addak.

It's found in 2 Chronicles 11:15 as

\v 15 ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉੱਚੇ ਅਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਕਰਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਣਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਵ੍ੱਛਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਜਕ ਮੁੱਕਰਰ ਕੀਤੇ

Is this a valid glyph? It renders perfectly well with all the relevant fonts.
I am asking only because it's a sole occurrence.
