textlint-scripts has no problems, maybe. But, I concern.

how to fix

Now, @babel/cli 7.10.4 depends on chokidar^2.1.8.
The issue babel/pull/#11560 hack: use chokidar@2 only on node < 8 will resolve it.

note

This issue will be resolved by #46 , also
