[base-cluster] do we need `$clusterName.$baseDomain`? #129

Currently, grafana, and (in future) prometheus and alertmanager, are hosted under *.$clusterName.$baseDomain

This was done in view of administrators managing multiple clusters for a single company, e.g. eu-1.mydomain.com, eu-2.mydomain.com

The first customer today wanted to maybe host grafana under *.$baseDomain

A quick internal discussion resulted that most, if not all, customers would want it under *.$baseDomain

Now we have the following choices

convince the customer(s) to use `*.$clusterName.$baseDomain`

switch to `*.$baseDomain`

make it configurable, e.g. either use `*.$clusterName.$baseDomain` or `*.$baseDomain`

make it configurable at a higher level, e.g. either use (`*.$clusterName.$baseDomain` or `*.$baseDomain`) or `$myCustomDomain`
