Even with the sample of dotnet with JUnit package, add support for the native TRX parser output.

Definitely something that I want to tackle. There's a lot more information in TRX that would be great to gather.

* workflows - revert to run on main push

* nuspec - include some github workflows

* Excluded unneeded template files from project.

* nuspec - include all github settings except the ones that are specific to the template

* Update CleanArchitecture version to 0.7.0

The version number in CleanArchitecture.nuspec has been downgraded from 0.7.3 to 0.7.0. This can be due to dependency issues or rollback requirements.
