Include pikchr

pikchr is a modern interpreter of pic markup language used to draw diagrams. Would be nice to see how modern tools stand up to it.

i'm kind of hesitant to add this because it doesn't have what i'd consider the most important part of text-to-diagram, which is the automatic layouts. i feel like it's closer to html/css (which can be used to create these), than a diagramming language.
