how do you get past HAVE_FOPENCOOKIE when cross compiling

just coordinating before I send any uninformed upstream patches

on linux host

apt source libbsd

I have to go through the entire dependency tree for dosemu and submit patches for __ANDROID__

The modular approach that was implemented 2014 has scuttled the possibility of REMOVING all system dependencies as I usually do

The app is split into dozens of dlload modules

-static build would require more patches to the app then plowing through the entire tree for cross compiler

If someone can build the cross assembler for android that would be faster I could use the pre built libs

Build natively instead of from linux
