Arduino IDE 2.0.3 gives "Error: 13 INTERNAL: Cannot install platform: installing platform" #145

I was able to install it with Arduino 1.8.8, so I know it's a version issue.

Same with arduino-cli Version: 0.32.2 Commit: 2661f5d9 Date: 2023-04-12T09:41:53Z, used to work with some previous version.
As it seems that there is no feedback from the maintainer, have you figured out a fix?
