Invalid or missing platform query param: win32

Describe the bug
After clone repo get this type of error (scr. 1). If I'm not paying attention - i get errors on next steps - like pnpm build:server (scr. 2)
or if i execute pnpm build:local - i get (scr. 3)

Maybe you can tell me the specific algorithm for raising temporal/ui from the repository (I'm using temporal server start-dev)
