Describe the bug
We use TEMPORAL_UI_PUBLIC_PATH to host the UI on a path, but on the network tab I see errors regarding failed download of localization files.

Expected behavior
i18n localization files are also taking the configured path into consideration

And also , always /api/v1/namespaces/temporal-system/workflows/count? is returning with 400 Bad request.

And the /src/lib/vendor/prism/prism.cjs is always not served from the public path and results in 404.
