Improve the Temporal TF Docs here

  • Improve formatting
  • Add contributions and approach to provider maintenance
  • Add guidance for working the provider, Import for example
  • Add maintenance and "SLA" guidance

Describe the solution you'd like

The Temporal provider docs should help users understand how to work with and contribute to the provider. These should enhance provider docs
