[Feature Request] Add finer grained error handling to the TF Provider

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the TF Provider catches generic errors. If possible, we would like to add more granular error checks with logic to remove state in specific scenarios, like a gRPC NotFound error.

Describe the solution you'd like

Determine errors returned by the Temporal Go SDK and add logic to each resource to manage state based on specific errors.
