Handle wallet address change gracefully (do not require reload)

Current Issue: Changing address in metamask, doesn’t trigger on the site so he has to refresh and lose everything that's done in the page

Solution: Have address changes be detected by the site, so if a user changes address selected the site will use that address for :
Contract interactions
Balances
Staking

Take into account that we will also need this functionality in the indexer-api branch.
