RFC | Handling custom CSS selectors in UIDL

With the latest update we support the pseudo selectors using a element-state attribute in the referencedStyles in UIDL. We pre-defined a fixed set of states like

export type UIDLElementStyleStates = 'hover' | 'active' | 'focus' | 'disabled'

So, we technically cannot define a custom selector like which we hacked around previously using nested-styles

We need to discuss a first class support for handling such scenarios in the UIDL using referencedStyles
