Expected Behavior

https://github.com/tektoncd/triggers/blob/main/pkg/apis/triggers/v1beta1/swagger.json should have the Triggers API in an OpenAPI format

Actual Behavior

It shows the pipeline API instead

Additional Info

Likely something wrong with https://github.com/tektoncd/triggers/blob/main/hack/spec-gen/main.go
