因為飲水地圖專案有兩個 repo：
https://github.com/teia-tw/drinking_water
https://github.com/teia-tw/watermap
是不是能請有權限的人決定一下 repo 的合併問題

兩個 repo 供應不同的網域：

因為 http://drinking.teia.tw 已經不再使用，DNS record 都拿掉了，drinking_water repo 應該就不再需要。

兩個 repo 我都沒有權限。
