TDD in Practice - What should be the agenda for a (hypothetical) meetup

Hi everyone,

I've reserved the domain name techexcellence.io (based on previous polls on LinkedIn) and I'm also thinking about some events, i.e. a mix of community discussions here on GitHub, a mix of discussions through speaking events, and then synthesizing the various perspectives.

I've started a poll here regarding your preferred way to participate - whether you want to participate as a viewer with no speaking, or you like writing questions in Q&A chat, or you are a TDD practitioner and want to share your experiences.

The "draft" agenda is:

• Do we test use cases and let the domain implementation emerge? Or do we start with domain aggregates and let the use cases emerge?
• Do we write coarse-grained or fine-grained unit tests? Sociable or solitary unit tests?
• Which test doubles should we use? Stubs, Spies, Mocks, Fakes? Do we use test doubles everywhere or just at architectural boundaries?
• Do we write unit tests in xUnit or in Gherkin or custom DSL or something else?
• Can we use TestContainers in unit tests or not?

The above agenda is based on differences of opinions that I've encountered during the last several months, after many posts, many comments, many messages with developers...

So, what else would you add to this agenda? What questions do you have about TDD in practice? Where do you see differences in opinions between people regarding TDD?
