Neos 7 compat

This is a minor release as it produces no changes but only makes ckstyles available for neos 7

Single Blockstyles are now possible as well.
In the same fashion that you can add InlineStyles, you can now add BlockStyles - by configuration only.

Raised neos-ui dependency to <6.0

We raised the neos-ui dependency to <6.0 and make it a patch release, because:

• The code is still compatible as-is
• No code changes were necessary
• we do not expect any API changes until neos-ui:5.3
