  1. Fixed rustc version issue. Updated docker-compose to use pushed images 

    * Removed dead servers
* update db inits
* update rustc version in backend dockerfile
* Remove non-WOTLK raids for less navigation headaches. Yes I know this is lazy, no I won't do this right
* allow multiple upload
* Restart iffy services automatically
