Skip the voip part by directly talking to snips #1

Nice project! Thanks for sharing.

Maybe the project could be modified to skip the SIP server/VOIP par and use https://snips.ai/ by replacing the "wake word" https://snips.gitbook.io/documentation/advanced-configuration/wakeword by the interrupt that represent the phone being picked up.
