Background Images for Boards + Categories

Description of the feature

Currently as it stands under specific themes, boards can feel and look a bit empty. I was wondering if it would at all be possible to include different background image(s) for each board and category. I'll include example screenshots from an individual utilizing Xenforo.

Alternatives for the feature

I'm not sure of additional methods of achieving this background.
