CouchPotato - /opt/ProgramData/couchpotato/.couchpotato/settings.conf and /data folder

Deluged - /var/lib/deluge/.config/deluge for both web.conf and core.conf

*Emby Server - /var/lib/emby-server/config/system.xml
(in Codeanywhere with Ubunut14.04 its under the bin/ProgramData-Server/config/system.xml)

*HTPCManager - /opt/htpcmanager/userdata

HeadPhones - /opt/headphones/config.ini and /data folder

Jackett - /opt/Jackett/ServerConfig.json

Lazylibrarian - /opt/lazylibrarian/lazylibrarian.ini

*Madsonic - /var/madsonic/madsonic.properties and /var/madsonic/db

*Muximux - /var/www/muximux/settings.ini.php and /var/www/muximux/muximux.log

Mylar - /opt/mylar/config.ini and /data and the /cache Folders

*Plex - (/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server - Main Folder)
