Sometimes I get the following error:

Can't set result in result backend. Cause: ConnectionExecuteError('Connection execute error: Cannot execute statement from ConnectionPool, error - db error: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "taskiq_results_task_id_key"\nDETAIL: Key (task_id)=(0ff70f4c5d0d457c93f46f31dad9f63b) already exists..')
