Cannot get super emeralds

I've gotten all chaos emeralds. But the rings never turn rainbow or take me to the hidden palace. And even when I cheat there it doesn't take my emeralds and let me get super emeralds. No idea what's going on. On PC. Just started getting mods today, if that's helpful. Though I disabled my other ones trying to figure this out to no avail

First of all, did you use the SHC build? If so, use the latest build, the SHC one is deprecated. Second, are you using RSDKv5U or RSDKv5? This mod's only for RSDKv5U, FYI.

Make sure RSDKv5U is the latest version, and download the latest version again.

I have Sonic Mania Plus And Since It's Blank On My ManiaModManager It's Not Working Properly. I have all the chaos emeralds and the rings never turn rainbow or take me to the hidden palace. I've Got The Mod But It's Not Getting My Emeralds Or Stuff.
