Docking can delete tracking information

When 2 vessels dock, the update sometimes deletes the scenario information of some of the crew along with the redundant vessel. It doesn't happen every time so it may have to do with order in which everything is updated after the docking. This is only really an issue when both vessels are missing a resource since the only relevant data attached to the crew is how long they have been without a resource.

That is a known and long standing issue. The rewrite that I started was supposed to solve that, but I never finished it :(
