Math is wrong for the Water purifier?

Elan here. I'll just add that this may or may not be a problem. From the context in the spreadsheet it seemed to me that taraniselsu misclicked when calculating that value, but the value is not wrong, it doesn't break anything.

Also, this is identical to issue #42.
